Rate

-This offer is subject to event availability and rate quoted are in JAPAN YEN (JPY), inclusive of 10% TAX.

-Rate will be applicable for booking made directly with us through its approved us only.

-All information and rate offered in agreement is strictly confidential and not be disclosed to a third party for any reason or purposes

-In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation official records shall control. Tempering with this confirmation to alter package rate or any other add-ons and information is strictly prohibited.

Booking procedures

-Booking day, the right to release should no payment is received within stipulated deadline.

-Booking can be made through telephone but must subsequently be followed by Email.

-Full payment is required upon confirmation

Cancellation Policy

-All confirmed booking is strictly non-refundable

-No-show guests will be charged 100% of total cost

Postponement Policy

-Due to weather condition, may postpone only 01 time within further 6 months without any charges unless our wedding team available when requested day, must notice made by A day earlier of shooting day 12 noon.

Exchange Rate

-Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions and fees by banks or credit card companies at the time of processing of monthly statements, which are not within the property control and may impact at the amount charges to your credit card.

Special Requests

-While we will strive to honor your special requests, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored.

Force Majeure

-We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any booking that is caused, in while or in part, by event, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the event itinerary area.

Such event, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockout, riots, acts of war, fire, and explosions.

-We are not liability for any losses injury, illness, accident, expense, delay, or other irregularity resulting in the event itinerary.
